READER REVIEW

I just received my copy of Field Notes Volume 1. This book is remarkable and so much more than I expected.

The photos are absolutely stunning. What I didn’t expect was the story of the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. From the founding to today’s mission. From a small 1st location to the multiple locations today that accommodate the stages that prepare the orphans for their return to the wild.

I cried many tears. Tears of joy, tears of sadness, tears of awe, and tears of gratitude for all the people at the Sheldrick Trust that care for and protect our elephants.

Thank you to all behind the scenes people that we don’t hear about. Finally thank you Angela for sharing your history and stories.

Anyone who loves our elephants should buy this book.

Sincerely,
Lisa
